Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst-Chemist .

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible in ensuring implementation & enforcing process parameters and material specification from material acceptance to finished good releasing based on relevant standards and documents, standard operating procedures and respective work instructions.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Reporting under the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the QA Analyst implements practices, systems, and action items relevant to occupational safety and quality of the unit operations and processes, and its products & by-products. The QA Analyst conducts quality check of the product & the processes, implement cost & process improvements, and participates in addressing non-conformances.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Graduate of Chemistry; registration and license as Chemist is required; or as allowed by pertinent professional regulations laws;
  • With or without experience, but experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage;
  • Familiarity on relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC, is an advantage;
  • With considerably significant communication and administrative skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel); and
  • Has a good team-player, customer-centric and innovative work attitude
