About the role

Kaiser Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced X-Ray Technician to join our team in San Pablo City, Laguna. As an X-Ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical imaging services to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  • Perform a range of X-ray examinations, including general radiography, fluoroscopy, and specialised imaging procedures
  • Properly position patients and operate X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality images while minimising radiation exposure
  • Ensure the efficient and safe operation of X-ray equipment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documentation of procedures performed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as radiologists and physicians, to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in medical imaging technology and techniques

What we're looking for

  • Formal training and certification as an X-Ray Technician, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Thorough understanding of radiographic techniques, X-ray equipment operation, and radiation safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficiency in using medical imaging software and digital imaging systems
