  • Manage the Food Safety Team and ensure that processes needed for the Food Safety Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Communicate to the team the scheduled third-party Food Safety Certificates/ Renewal audit.
  • Communicate to the Third-party CB regarding changes in processing, machines and other changes under Management of Change procedure during audit.
  • Inform third-party CB regarding serious events that will have impact on the FSMS, legality and/or the integrity of the certification including situations that pose a threat to food safety.
  • Conduct Hazard Analysis and CCP determination.
  • Ensure all critical control points are timely monitored and properly recorded.
  • Schedule Internal Audit, oversee the internal food safety audit program and appoint internal audit team.
  • Facilitate the Internal audit activity and review results of conducted internal audit, ensure correction and corrective action are strictly implemented as per schedule.
  • In charge of the reporting of correction, corrective action and other Food Safety related information and updated during management review.
  • Periodically reviews the company's Management System manual and related documents such as Hazard Analysis, PRP's and etc.
