What you'll be doing

  • Effectively manage and motivate a team of Asset BPO agents to meet and exceed key performance targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and deliver tailored coaching and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalated customer issues and address operational challenges.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the BPO industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Knowledge of call centre operations, quality assurance, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
