QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): handling company vehicles, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Job Objective: Managing day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to file management and records-keeping, Utility Bills Management, and other administrative tasks.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain administrative filing systems of both electronic and paper records.
- Executes plans, policies, and programs in relation to the assigned module.
- Monitor and record Utility Bills. Ensure timely payment.
- Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
