Job Objective: Managing day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to file management and records-keeping, Utility Bills Management, and other administrative tasks.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain administrative filing systems of both electronic and paper records.
  • Executes plans, policies, and programs in relation to the assigned module.
  • Monitor and record Utility Bills. Ensure timely payment.
  • Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
