Accounting Administrator (Australian Client)

Location: Bocaue, Bulacan (Full Time on Site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Administrator to support our Australian accounting firm client. The role is focused on administrative tasks that assist in delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage client documentation and files.

Assist with lodgements, reporting, and compliance administration.

Coordinate with accountants to track queries and workflow progress.

Provide general office and administrative support.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in an accounting or professional services environment.

Familiarity with Australian accounting processes preferred.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Proficiency with MS Office and accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, MYOB) is an advantage.
