Experience & Skills

  • Relevant Experience:At least 1-4 years or more of experience in finance reporting, accounting, or financial operations is necessary.
  • Software Proficiency:Expertise in using specialized accounting software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Bank Reconciliation:Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation processes, including managing large volumes of transactions and various currencies, is critical.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:Understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and specific requirements like Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
