Handles recruitment process:

a.      Sourcing

i.     Job posting

b.      Reviewing, qualifying, and scheduling applicants

c.      Initial screening/interview.

d.      Conducts pre-employment examination (PEE) of qualified applicants:

i.     Administration of appropriate sets of pre-employment exam

ii.     Checks PEE

iii.      Prepares psychological report

iv.     Discuss PEE with the next interviewer

e.      Coordinate completion of pre-employment requirements

Process and distribute employees' company ID and Metrobank ATM card for payroll purposes.

Employee Orientation for New Hires

a.      Company Code of Conduct

b.      Employee Handbook

c.      Company History

d.      Basic Work Ethics

e.      Company Basic SOP

Coordinates with manpower agency on manpower-related concerns of departments.

a.      Submission of manpower request to agency.

b.      Endorse the applicant for training/trade test in the concerned section.

c.      Coordinate with manpower agency on the result of training.

d.      Coordinate with manpower agency on completion of requirements.

b.    Checking of resume / bio-data of the trainee for a complete set of requirements.

c.    Communicates separation of employee from manpower agency (both Thick & Thin and agency initiated).

Handles processing of separated employees (resigned, terminated, end of contract, retired) from receipt of notice up to endorsement of last pay to Payroll Officer.

Conducts exit interview of resigned employee.

Documentation of staff house and housing occupancy.

Purchase of basic medicine.

Others

Files, records, and safe keeps company employee accountability records and employee information records (201 file).

10.   Carries out any work-related duties that may arise, or as directed by the HR Supervisor, Admin Manager, and General Manager.

Internal

Coordinates with all departments and sections on HR related matters.

Coordinates with separating employees for separation procedures.

External

Coordinates with third-party employment agencies.

Coordinates with third-party hiring service providers/ headhunters/hiring websites/local government for job openings and postings.

Coordinates with employee prospects for company hiring.
