About the role

As a Technical Support Representative at Highpoint Services Network Philippines Inc., you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This full-time role is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and will have you working closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to our products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all support activities
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving our customer support processes
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting techniques
  • A customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
