About the role

As a Technical Support Representative at Highpoint Services Network Philippines Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing timely and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software-related problems
  3. Offering step-by-step guidance and solutions to users, ensuring their issues are addressed in a professional and courteous manner
  4. Documenting and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team or department for further investigation and resolution
  5. Continuously updating your knowledge on the latest technology trends and company products to better assist customers
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide technical support in a clear and concise manner
  2. Proficiency in using various hardware and software applications, as well as troubleshooting techniques
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms
  4. Adaptability and the willingness to learn new technologies and systems
  5. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
  6. Experience in a similar technical support or help desk role, preferably in the IT industry
