Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and technical roles. This includes talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and delivering market intelligence to stakeholders.

As a strategic partner, the TAP will advise hiring managers on talent strategy, provide data-driven insights on the labor market, and ensure SAVii's employer brand is consistently represented across all candidate interactions.

Beyond being a recruiter, the TAP is a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor, shaping first impressions, ensuring a positive candidate journey, and directly contributing to why top talent chooses SAVii. They will be recognized across the organization not only as an interviewer but as a key driver of growth and culture fit. While the role is challenging, the TAP will thrive within a collaborative team guided by SAVii's principle of "Stronger Together."
