DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Inventory PPIC Supervisor/Unit head in attaining set targets and KPI of the group.
  • Tracking of constant movement of items, perform analysis and controls stacks movement.
  • Coordination with interface departments of supply Chain.
  • Monitoring stock level of inventory and ensure that its within acceptable limit.
  • Timely replenishment of stocks as per established ROP standards.
  • Accomplish F2M report on a weekly basis.
  • Perform F1 forecasting monthly.
  • Communicates with co- inventory controller, production planner, and purchaser in order transaction activities and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
  • Coordinates with warehouse supervisor/in charge for incoming inventory purchases, transfer and other related activities.
  • Suggest ideas to Inventory Controller Team Leader/Unit Head for corrective and preventive actions for unmet targets and KPI.
  • Handles Sales and Marketing promos and other sales related transactions.
  • Prepare monthly report .
  • Filing and safekeeping of reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • With 1–2 years experience in inventory control, production planning, or related areas (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills; able to monitor variances and recommend improvements.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy in handling inventory data.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work in Valenzuela City.
