Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes and prepares orders daily (print waybills, pack, label, and drop-off)
  • Ensures compliance with courier SOPs and company standards
  • Monitors inventory, flag discrepancies, and coordinate restocking
  • Handles returns, disputes, and refunds on e-commerce platforms
  • Prepares fulfillment reports and tracks KPIs (accuracy, timeliness, returns, customer feedback)
  • Acts as liaison with couriers (book pickups, track shipments, resolve delivery issues)
  • Assists the warehouse in ad hoc needs such as receiving and organizing incoming stocks, coordinating dispatch schedules, supporting stock counts and warehouse documentation
  • Supports cross-functional initiatives and performs other job-related duties as assigned from time-to-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
