Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
  • Verify and document all inventory in and out of the warehouse.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Supports in the disposal process of obsolete inventory.
  • Scan and print mPINs for deliveries and product tracking (Track & Trace Tool).
  • Ensure accurate tagging and matching of mPINs to respective items.
  • Check Free-of-Charge (FOC) items and sample requests prior to dispatch.
  • Assist in packing, staging, and verifying shipments for delivery.
  • Documentation & System Support
  • Stock count of inventories in both CP and Rice warehouses
  • Maintain organized files and reports related to inventory and transactions
  • General Warehouse Operations
  • Assist in loading/unloading of goods
  • Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe
  • Support cycle counts and audits as required.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems)
  • Attention to detail, dependable, and able to lift goods when needed
  • With positive work attitude

Work Location: Canlubang, Laguna

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,128.00 per month
