Role Description

This is a full-time Mechanical Door Closer Specialist role with a hybrid work arrangement, located in Manila with some work-from-home opportunities. The specialist will be perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical door closers across various Metro Manila sites. The role involves ensuring proper alignment and compliance with safety standards; diagnosing and resolving issues such as leaks, misalignment, and component wear; and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams for installations and on-site support. T

he position requires fieldwork, shifting schedules, and the ability to prepare reports, material estimates, and documentation in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in installing and maintaining mechanical door closers


• Basic troubleshooting and alignment skills


• Willing to work on-site across Metro Manila


• Can work on a shifting schedule


• Good communication and reporting skills
