Arla Foods Corporation is looking for an Accounting Operations Assistant Manager who has an exceptional track-record in driving business growth and efficiency by providing critical financial insights and an ability to build and nurture a best-in-class finance team.

How you will make an impact

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

  • You will oversee end-to-end AR processes including billing, collections, and reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate recording of receivables.

Treasury and Cash Management

  • You will manage the company's cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury activities to ensure liquidity and optimize financial operations.

Audit and Compliance

  • You will support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper documentation, adherence to financial regulations, and implementation of audit recommendations.

Leadership and People Management

  • You will ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting team.
  • You are a strategic and authentic leader who understands and acknowledges that you can only be as strong as your team - you put them first - you support, guide and mentor them when needed, but most importantly, you empower them to reach their fullest potential

What will make you successful

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA is an advantage.
  • You have at least 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, with solid exposure to AR, treasury and audit functions.
  • You have experience in handling audits and liaising with auditors in the Philippines.
  • You have solid background on Philippine taxation, BIR rules and other relevant local financial compliance policies and procedures.
  • You are proficient in accounting software including SAP and Oracle NetSuite.
  • You have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
