Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file financial documents, tax forms, and consultancy reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Coordination: Liaise with other departments/units to streamline workflow and project completion.
- Client Management: Maintain client records, handle inquiries, and coordinate client communications.
- Report Preparation: Assist in compiling financial statements, business analysis reports, and tax filings.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes.
- Support Services: Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and client presentations.
Job Specification
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Prior experience in operations, in administrative roles, or in the accounting and consultancy industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero), with basic knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and tax processes.
- Strong attention to detail and and ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skill.
- Possess good moral, right conduct and discipline both in personal and in work.
- Willing to undergo training.
