Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Producing detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and designs based on project requirements and specifications

  • Using CAD software to create, edit, and update technical drawings, schematics, and models

  • Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand and interpret design requirements

  • Ensuring that all drawings and designs adhere to industry standards and company guidelines

  • Providing technical support and guidance to team members as needed

  • Performing typical laser cutting operations

  • Selecting proper cutting programs, and proper fixtures

  • Establishing proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point

  • Making proper set-ups for cutting operations

  • Performing prescribed maintenance as required

  • Performing all dimensional inspections

  • Setting-up equipment for cleaning, calibration, and other tasks to begin a production cycle

  • Managing and modifying the machine's parameters, such as its speed

  • Providing parts or raw materials to semi-automated machinery

  • Inspecting parts with precision and measuring tools

  • Regularly checking the machines' functionality

  • Addressing any problems that may arise during the shift

  • Checking output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

  • Keeping records of approved and defective units or final products

  • Maintaining activity logs

  • Reading blueprints/instructions and examining surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
