Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our growing construction firm in Quezon City. The role involves supervising on-site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive engineer with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on construction experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise on-site manpower and ensure construction quality and safety standards.
  • Use project management tools to plan, track, and manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with estimators to determine required resources and costs.
  • Develop contingency plans to address project delays or changes.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and technical documents.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress.
  • Perform other engineering tasks or ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

Qualifications
  • BS Civil Engineering graduate; must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • With 4–5 years of experience in construction, civil, or structural engineering.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and can drive a manual car.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
  • Experience in cost estimates and project supervision is an advantage.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision and pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite, Monday to Saturday, within Quezon City.
