About the role We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer/Supervisor/Estimator to join our team at CEP Design and Construction. This full-time, in-office role will be based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. What you'll be doing Manage the design, planning, and supervision of civil engineering projects from inception to completion Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and project reports Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices What we\'re looking for Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects Proficient in project management, cost estimating, and construction supervision Strong technical skills, including knowledge of design software, building codes, and construction methods Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team Familiarity with the local construction industry and regulations in Metro Manila About us CEP Design and Construction is a leading provider of civil and structural engineering services in the Philippines.
