CSRs as Patient Navigator (with Call Handling, US account)
SHIFT: 5 AM - 2 PM;12 NOON - 9 PM (ONSITE)
CSRs as Patient Navigators are part advocate, part liaison, and part guide. Their mission is to help ensure patients (mothers) get the right care at the right time during their pregnancy journey, thereby maximizing health and wellbeing. This is done through a combination of systems monitoring, coordination across different functional areas, proper documentation, and a focus on the mother's experience.
Qualifications:
• SHOULD BE WITH CLINICAL BACKGROUND (preferably as a Midwife or Nurse)
• years in customer or patient-facing role in customer service or account management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to be able to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, in video conferencing, and in writing
• Basic typing skills and computer literacy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding of basic medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting
• Able to meet metrics/key performance indicators (KPls) set by the client.
• High level of flexibility in work schedule.
