Your Role:

People Management

  • Manage recruiting, training, team engagement, goal-setting, and performance reviews.
  • Handle career planning and separations.

KPI Management

  • Achieve process KPI targets and implement solutions for operational issues.

Finance Master Data Management

  • Oversee master data for GL, WBS, IO, and CC.
  • Manage SAP/ERP migrations and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate on process changes and support audits.

Transfer Pricing

  • Supervise transfer pricing operations and report issues.
  • Approve new flows and facilitate inter-company invoicing.

Business Intelligence

  • Review data visualization requests and manage dashboard development.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and ensure reporting tools are functional.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA certification is required.
  • 7+ years in finance/accounting and FP&A with a focus on reporting and data management.
  • Strong leadership and team/people management skills.
  • Knowledge of finance master data and experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiar with transfer pricing practices and proficient in Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience with audits and internal controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
