About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting the overall operations of our busy client and sales administration department.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting with the processing of client orders and maintenance of customer records
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing presentations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving issues efficiently
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
• A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
