
E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Create compelling and engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
Live Selling & E-commerce:
- Plan, host, and execute engaging live selling sessions on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram to showcase products and drive immediate sales.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and create a positive and exciting shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze live selling performance metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and sales conversion rates, to optimize future sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote live selling events and build a loyal audience.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through a variety of methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, sales pipeline, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and goals.
- Provide feedback from the market to help inform product development and service offerings.
- Any other tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role.
- Demonstrable experience with live selling, including hosting, planning, and promoting live commerce events.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
