The Role:
We're seeking a Senior Associate to join their Assurance team in the Philippines office. This position will support either the Financial Services Group (serving private equity, hedge funds, broker dealers, fund to funds, and real estate fund clients) or the CHAMP Group (serving consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing clients).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
  • Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
  • Develop detailed engagement work plans
  • Illustrate budgets and schedules
  • Actively participate in proposals
  • Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback
  • Build client relationships through effective management, timely and accurate communication
  • Provide clear and concise direction and leadership to team members


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's in Accounting is a plus)
  • 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm supporting US, AU, EU or NZ teams and clients
  • CPA designation is preferred but not required
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Financial services industry experience preferred - hedge funds, Banking, Private Equities, etc.


Work Arrangement:
Full onsite from January to May, and wrork from home with occasional onsite reporting during off peak seasons


Work Schedule: PH day Shift
