Pag-asa Steel Works, Inc. seeks a Mechanic who will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and repairs. Additionally, the Mechanic will assist the Mechanical Foreman in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery.

  • Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience (vocational or trade school graduates in Industrial Mechanic or Auto Diesel Mechanic may apply)
  • At least, six months to one year in equipment maintenance work, preferably in a steel manufacturing plant or industrial set-up
  • Knowledge in handling & using precise measurement tools, and performing proper lubrication
  • Knowledge in interpreting mechanical schematic diagram
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management, risk management, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), experience with ERP software a plus
