What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Sr. Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Financial Planning and Analysis (Officer-Sup Level).
  • Preferrably CPA, CMA.
  • With working background in preparation and analysis of operating budgets, rolling forecasts, latest estimates and strategic plans of assigned category/(ies).
  • Executing the planning and implementation of financial planning systems for assigned category/(ies).
  • Prior work with a food and beverage or FMCG company (whether local or multinational), in related disciplines such as Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, Controllership, and Taxation is valued, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new systems related to finance and business analytics.
  • Previous experience with SAP system is highly-valued and preferred.
  • A self-starter with a track record in project management and successful project delivery.
