Senior Investor Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Engagement & Communication
o Support in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other
stakeholders.
o Prepare Q&A materials, talking points, and briefing notes for senior executives ahead of
investor meetings and conferences.
o Serve as backup spokesperson to the Head of IR when required.
Financial & Market Analysis
o Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and peer performance to provide insights to
management.
o Assist in drafting earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other
disclosure documents.
o Develop and maintain financial models and benchmarking analyses.
Corporate & Regulatory Deliverables
o Coordinate disclosure requirements, including PSE/SEC filings and investor
communication materials.
o Partner with Finance, Corporate Planning, and PR teams to ensure consistent and
accurate messaging.
Events & Roadshows
o Support the planning and execution of investor roadshows, analyst briefings, and non-
deal roadshows.
Team Support & Leadership
o Work closely with the Head of IR to ensure IR initiatives are executed efficiently and
effectively.
o Take ownership of projects and mentor junior team members.
