- Proactive problem-solver - you identify issues and propose solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Strong work ethic and reliability - you take pride in delivering high-quality work consistently
- Adaptable and comfortable switching between different clients, priorities, and types of work
- Growth-oriented mindset with passion for tackling intellectual challenges
What Makes You Stand Out

- Willingness to learn Australian tax concepts (GST, PAYG, FBT, superannuation)
- You've consistently been a top performer in previous roles
- You're pursuing your CPA or already have this
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort building client relationships
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Above market rates (PHP 50,000-75,000/month based on experience) with quarterly performance bonuses to reward exceptional performance.
- Paid Training: Fully funded training to build your Australian tax and compliance expertise, including Xero certification and professional development resources.
