Job Summary:
Join our team as a Senior Treasury Analyst and take charge of cash management, FX transactions, and risk control. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily in-house loan lending activities and compliance checks.
- Coordinate and reconcile foreign exchange transactions with banks and trading tools.
- Monitor shared mailbox for loan-related queries; respond within 24 hours.
- Review and file legal agreements daily for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and arrange fees for credit facilities.
- Act as primary liaison with financial institutions and internal teams on Treasury matters.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvement projects.
- Monitor bank accounts and oversee cash movements.
- Prepare and deliver Treasury operation reports.
- Provide ad-hoc support during team absences.
Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Treasury, or Accounting, ideally in an international setting with supervisory exposure.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, dependable, and thrives under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
