Job Description

The B2B Restock Supervisor - IC Fleet Trucks for the Truck team oversees the B2B Restock Truck Pickups, Delivery and Return-to-Shipper (RTS) operations.

Main Duties:

  • Conduct analysis of the Delivery Trucks operations and demand.
  • Evaluate the monthly growth of the truck requirement and satisfy demand.
  • Source, Onboard, retain, and keep warm all IC fleet with variable cost. Point person for daily truck lineup of IC fleet. Convert the existing tender fleet into a variable cost IC fleet. Acknowledge and cater to the concerns and disputes of the IC partners.
  • Conduct weekly governance meetings with the ICs to address concerns and grow the IC fleet strength.
  • Plan IC fleet lineup based on demand. Ensure buffer trucks are available on days with volume surges.
  • Propose and assist in cascading newly developed processes for the reservation truck operations.
  • Assist in evaluating the operational process for benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Logistics/Fleet/Warehouse Supervisor or any similar position
  • Proven experience in working cross-functionally - proposing and executing initiatives that require multi-department collaboration
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
  • Prior experience with a start-up and a logistics company is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in working with senior management
