Position: MESSENGER

DAILY PAID

NO WORK, NO PAY

Location: Merville, Pasay

Work schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Purpose: Responsible for the prompt and efficient delivery of documents, packages, and messages between various locations and collection of Company supplies, equipment and materials on foot or by vehicle under varying conditions in a prescribed area within and outside the metro . Maintaining accurate delivery logs, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive materials, and providing exceptional service to internal and external clients.

Job Duties:

· Document and Package Delivery: Collect, transport, and deliver documents, packages, and other items to designated locations promptly and securely.

· Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors, clients, and other relevant parties regarding delivery statuses and any issues that may arise.

· Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of all documents and packages, particularly sensitive or confidential information.

· Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.

· Performs errands such as going to the bank for deposit and withdrawal transactions

· Ensures safe and secure delivery of items to addressees including collections if necessary

· Plans and follows the most efficient routes for delivering g documents, packages, and other items.

· Maintains a record of daily visits such as items received and delivered and recipients' responses to messages

· Ensures pleasant and effective relations with customers, suppliers, and other party

· Assists in keeping the warehouse facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently

· Assists in warehouse activities such as pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup

· Acts as liaison officer to government offices such as but not limited to: SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and BIR.

· Carries out any other duties as directed by management from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,127.92 per month
