The Messenger is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of documents, packages, and other materials within and outside the organization. The role supports administrative efficiency and helps maintain smooth communication and documentation flow across departments and external partners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, packages, and other items to appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Perform official errands, including bank transactions, government agency visits, or courier drop-offs, as required.
  • Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive or legal documents.
  • Assist with photocopying, filing, and scanning of documents when needed.
  • Maintain a log of deliveries and pickups and ensure that all items are acknowledged upon receipt.
  • Monitor and report any issues encountered during deliveries.
  • Provide support in office errands and logistical tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of messenger materials and equipment (e.g., company bike/motorcycle, delivery bag).
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and security protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; additional administrative or office-related training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a messenger or similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and government agency locations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting light to moderate loads.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (if required for the role).
