Company Driver/Messenger
The Driver/Messenger is responsible for safely transporting goods, documents, and personnel, while ensuring timely deliveries and pickups. This role also involves performing messenger duties such as running errands, delivering and collecting documents, and handling office mail. The individual must maintain the vehicle in good working condition and comply with all traffic regulations, maintenance of assigned vehicles, and good interpersonal skills.

Driving And Transportation

  • Safely transporting staff members as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
  • Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
  • Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Providing accurate time records of the company vehicles coming and goings.

Messenger Duties

  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other materials as requested.
  • Assist with errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other business-related locations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of documents.
  • Maintain a log of deliveries and collections.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all delivered items.
  • Report any issues or delays to the immediate supervisor promptly.
  • 25-40 years old
  • 2-4 years of experience in driving
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • With valid driver's license (A,B1,B2) and ownership of a motorcycle, preferably for field work or mobility requirements.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy, detailed-oriented
  • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to load, unload, and carry items as necessary.
