PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reach out to both existing and prospective customers to facilitate airline ticket sales.

Processing new customer inquiries - Cooperating with incoming customers to determine their needs and advising them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

Communicate current offers to customers via email to aid marketing efforts.

Regularly update and manage the customer database

Promote company products to enhance marketing initiatives.

Facilitating deals/sales - Supporting the process for customers with professional insight and expertise

Advise customers on alternative solutions and available offers.

Ensure customer maximize the benefits of company services for ticket sales.

Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Foster strong customer relationships to support marketing objectives.

Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Sales Manager.

Maintain the security of operational data.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

1. Advanced/Native level of English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

2. Impeccable Communication and Customer Service skills.

3. Advanced level of PC knowledge.

5. Prior experience in Travel/Sales industries will be a weighted advantage.
