The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of a dermatology clinic, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high patient satisfaction. This includes managing staff, handling budgets and inventory, implementing clinic policies, and supporting business growth.

Key Areas:

  • Operations Management: Oversees scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Manages staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Patient Experience: Ensures quality service and handles patient concerns.
  • Business Development: Supports marketing efforts and monitors clinic performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of clinic management experience (preferably in dermatology)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in clinic systems and MS Office
  • Background in customer service, budgeting, and sales is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
