Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing non-surgical aesthetic treatments, assisting in dermatological procedures, and ensuring top-tier client service in a professional and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic procedures such as facials, skin whitening, laser, warts/mole removal, acne treatments, laser hair removal, micro-needling, botox treatment, carbon peel, etc.
  • Assist the dermatologist or doctor in skin procedures and medical-grade treatments.
  • Provide pre-treatment consultations and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Assess patient needs and recommend suitable skin treatments and regimens.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products and procedures.
  • Educate patients about skincare maintenance and aftercare.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license – valid and in good standing.
  • Certification or training in aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetology (preferred).
  • Open to no aesthetic nursing experience - willing to be trained.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic center, or similar setting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of skincare products, devices, and aesthetic treatments (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with laser machines and cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers).
  • Sales experience in skincare or aesthetic products (is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
