Branch Supervisor

About the role

As a Branch Supervisor at Jamila Aesthetics', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical aesthetics clinic in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the branch, while also driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and supervise the clinic's staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring all treatments and services meet the company's standards
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targeted sales goals
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain appropriate levels of products and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Liaise with the head office to provide regular updates and to escalate any issues or concerns
• Foster a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role within the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a high-quality patient experience
• Strong sales skills and experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Thorough understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
• Proficient in the use of medical and administrative software systems
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
