Overview

The Finance Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the company's daily financial activities. This includes ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget oversight, and full compliance with established policies. The position provides valuable financial insights to guide business decisions, oversees financial data management, and leads the finance team in maintaining the organization's financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Track and evaluate expenses, identify variances, and propose cost-efficient strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial advice and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Lead, train, and mentor finance team members to uphold accuracy and quality standards.
  • Assist the Finance Manager/Director in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical and professional standards.
  • Perform other related financial duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  • CPA license is preferred.
