We are seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash (OTC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in finance operations within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process excellence, implementing ERP solutions, and managing global customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead and support ERP/tool implementations in a Finance & Accounting (F&A) environment.
  • Engage with multiple global stakeholders, handling critical issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Focus on implementation and delivery to meet SLAs and SOW requirements.
  • Address operational challenges within the BPO industry, optimizing processes for better performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in the finance domain, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Proven expertise in handling various aspects of Order to Cash.
  • Strong background in process improvement and ERP implementations.
  • Ability to manage global customer interactions and resolve critical issues effectively.
  • Deep understanding of BPO operations and challenges related to finance processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
