WEBSITE DESIGNER & DEVELOPER (WORDPRESS + SEO + GOHIGHLEVEL) — LONG-TERM ROLE

ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Website Designer & Developer who can build premium, conversion-focused websites and landing pages that load fast. This role is not "design-only." You will own the full delivery: layout and UX, WordPress build, performance optimization, on-page/technical SEO (Rank Math), and GoHighLevel landing pages/funnels for fast testing and scaling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WordPress Website Build (Design + Development)
• Build complete WordPress pages and websites with clean, modern UI
• Work with different builders depending on the project (Divi, Elementor, Gutenberg, and similar)
• Ensure strong mobile responsiveness and consistent visual quality
• Build pages that are structured for conversion (clear flow, strong CTAs, trust elements, lead capture) Speed & Performance (Non-Negotiable)
• Deliver fast-loading pages with measurable improvements (Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse)
• Optimize images (WebP/AVIF, correct sizing, compression, lazy loading)
• Reduce unnecessary scripts, heavy assets, and plugin bloat
• Implement caching and front-end performance best practices without breaking design SEO Implementation (Rank Math + Technical SEO)
• Set up and manage Rank Math correctly across pages
• Implement proper headings, metadata, schema, breadcrumbs, internal links
• Manage indexation rules (canonicals, noindex, sitemap hygiene)
• Fix common technical issues (broken links, redirects, duplicates, thin pages)
• Ensure pages are structured for search intent (no keyword stuffing) GoHighLevel (Landing Pages + Funnels)
• Build landing pages quickly for testing offers and campaigns
• Build funnels: lead form → confirmation → booking → follow-up
• Configure forms, calendars, tagging, pipeline routing, and basic automations
• Improve funnel conversion with clean UX and clear structure Execution and Scaling
• Deliver on deadlines with clear updates and clean handover
• Follow internal standards and document key setups
• Support multiple projects and improve speed without lowering quality
• Grow into ownership of larger projects and team coordination over time REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (WE FILTER STRICTLY) WordPress
• Proven experience building business websites on WordPress
• Comfortable using more than one builder (not locked into one tool)
• Strong UI/UX fundamentals: spacing, hierarchy, typography, mobile-first design

Performance
• Proven ability to improve loading speed and Core Web Vitals
• Strong understanding of how to avoid slow sites caused by heavy builders/plugins SEO (Rank Math)
• Strong experience with on-page and technical SEO implementation
• Deep familiarity with Rank Math settings and best practices GoHighLevel
• Experience creating landing pages in GoHighLevel
• Ability to build and launch funnels quickly and improve them based on results Working Style
• Quality-focused, fast execution, and reliable communication
• Practical problem solver with strong ownership

BONUS (NICE TO HAVE)
• Off-page SEO and link building knowledge
• CRO testing experience (A/B testing, heatmaps, funnel improvements)
• Tracking setup familiarity (GA4, GTM, events, pixels)
• Basic landing page copywriting skills

TOOLS YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH
• WordPress + multiple builders (Divi / Elementor / Gutenberg and similar)
• Rank Math SEO
• Performance tools (Lighthouse / PageSpeed / GTmetrix-style workflows)
• GoHighLevel (pages, forms, calendars, funnels, basic automations)
• Figma or similar for design collaboration (preferred)

GROWTH AND COMPENSATION This is a long-term role. High performers can grow into a lead position with higher salary and performance-based incentives/commission, based on results and responsibility.

SCREENING NOTE We are looking for someone who can deliver premium design, fast performance, correct SEO setup, and quick funnel execution. If your work looks good but loads slowly, or pages are not structured for SEO and conversion, it will not be a fit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
