Office Beacon is looking for an experienced
Website Manager
to own and scale the operational backbone of our global website.

This is
not a design or developer role
. This is a
hands on operational leadership role
for someone who thrives in execution, governance, cross functional coordination, and performance management.

Why This Role Matters?

Our website is a critical growth engine. As Website Manager, you will ensure it remains accurate, scalable, conversion ready, and aligned with brand, SEO, and CRO goals.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders, content, design, developers, analytics teams, SEO and CRO partners, and external vendors, serving as the central point of ownership.

What You Will Own?

End to end website operations and governance

HubSpot CMS stewardship including templates, modules, permissions, and workflows

Release management, QA oversight, and deployment cadence

Cross functional coordination across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership

SEO and CRO execution in partnership with external agencies

Vendor management and continuous process improvement

What We Are Looking For?

Three to five plus years of experience managing websites in a marketing or growth environment

Hands on experience with HubSpot CMS or comparable platforms

Strong understanding of website governance, QA, SEO, and CRO fundamentals

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with distributed teams

Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
