We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Remote Graphic and Website Designer to support our Australian client. This role is ideal for a multi-talented designer who can produce high-quality digital content, build and maintain websites, and contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives.


Position: Remote Graphic and Website Designer
Core Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
  • Develop and edit short-form video content (reels, shorts, motion graphics).
  • Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
2. Website Design & Maintenance
  • Design and build responsive websites with strong UX and functionality.
  • Apply basic on-page SEO (meta tags, titles, formatting).
  • Maintain and update existing websites as needed.
3. Brand & Marketing Design
  • Create brand assets: logos, business cards, brochures, brand kits, etc.
  • Design digital marketing materials and printed collateral.
4. Social Media Support

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms for:

  • Vivid Media & Design

  • VIVid Nails
  • Vivid Custom Laser
  • Additional clients
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand presence.
5. Campaign Planning & Analysis
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to scripting, storyboarding, and video production for promotional content.
  • Assist in trend-based content development.
6. Written Content Development
  • Draft SEO-aligned blog articles.
  • Create content for newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
7. Client Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for project updates and feedback.
  • Manage asset delivery and maintain professional, timely communication with clients.

Minimum Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, and web design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, Wix, Shopify and similar platforms
  • Understanding of basic SEO, digital marketing, and performance metrics
  • Excellent visual communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus but not required)
  • Experience with CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Skills in animation or motion graphics
  • Experience handling multiple clients
