Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) specializing in insurance claims at our Mandaluyong location. In this on-site role, the CSR will assist in handling insurance-related inquiries, providing prompt and efficient support to clients. Responsibilities include addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The CSR will be expected to adhere to company guidelines, deliver consistent service quality, and contribute to overall team goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Experience and meeting client needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
  • Problem-solving skills and capacity to manage client inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong
