About the role

Are you an experienced customer service professional seeking an exciting opportunity within the healthcare industry? Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is looking for a driven and detail-oriented AR Medical Claims | End to End & Follow Ups | Healthcare BPO to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and handling end-to-end medical claims processing for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process medical claims from start to finish, including verifying patient information, obtaining required documentation, and submitting claims to insurance providers
  2. Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies with claims
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claim activities
  4. Identify and escalate any complex or high-priority cases to ensure timely resolution
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or medical claims processing role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
