Cost Control Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost forecasting.
  • Audit inventory levels to minimize wastage and variances.
  • Prepare regular cost and variance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with departments to optimize expenses and maintain efficiency.
  • Support F&B in menu costing, pricing, and portion control.
  • Recommend cost-saving initiatives without affecting service quality.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, purchasing, and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with inventory software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
