The Group
Finance Comptroller
will play a pivotal role in driving the financial health and growth of the organization by managing and overseeing key financial functions. This position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of financial management, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field;
    CPA is preferred
    .
  • At least ten (10) years' experience in finance and accounting in the real estate development industry, hospitality, or other related field.
  • Minimum
    8 to 10 years of experience
    in accounting/finance, with at least
    2 years in real estate or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of interpreting complex data.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software
  • Proactive and strategic
