About the role:

The Investor Relations Specialist is responsible for executing the Company's strategy for communicating with existing and prospective investors, including providing support from the Company's network.

Location:
Onsite (open for hybrid setup) – San Juan City, Metro Manila

Key Responsibilities :

Account Management

  • CRM Management:
    Takes ownership of the Company's customer (entrepreneurs and investors) relationship management system
  • Needs Assessment:
    Proactively identifies the needs of portfolio companies across critical operational areas, including talent acquisition, sales, marketing, financial services, and technology.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Leads the preparation and distribution of all entrepreneur/investor-facing materials, including investment teasers, investment memos, financial reports, and performance summaries.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Works with investment teams to track, analyze, and communicate key operational metrics and milestones across the portfolio

Value Creation and Resource Coordination

  • Network Management:
    Curates, maintains, and manages the Company's external network of advisors, subject matter experts, and service providers.
  • Content Development:
    Assists in creating playbooks, best-in-practice guides, and internal toolkits for founders on topics like hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, and GTM strategies.
  • Event Planning:
    Leads the planning and execution of various events and meetings, including Annual Shareholder Meetings, Regular and Special Board Meetings, and Entrepreneur-Investor Events.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field
  • Experience:
    2-3 years of experience in corporate banking, private equity, venture capital, strategic consulting, investment banking, or related fields
