Job Title: Store Manager

Overview:
ChaYi is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. As a representative of our brand, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards of store performance, staff management, and visual merchandising. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing tea brand that values tradition, quality, and community.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales reporting.

  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.

  • Ensure the store environment reflects ChaYi's brand identity and provides a welcoming, informative, and immersive tea experience.

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.

  • Manage stock levels, track inventory movement, and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute in-store promotions and events.

  • Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory retail role, preferably in lifestyle, food & beverage, or wellness retail.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Passion for customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Basic understanding of POS systems, inventory software, and retail reporting.

  • Interest in tea culture or willingness to learn about premium tea products.

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with opening a new store location or launching retail initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Chinese tea or other specialty beverage categories.

  • Familiarity with retail sales analysis and forecasting.
