JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead Generation & Prospecting


• Identify and research potential retail merchant leads across electronics, furniture, home appliances, fashion, and lifestyle segments in Australia.


• Use LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and other tools to generate and qualify leads.


• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.

Pipeline Development & Management


• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and assistance with onboarding.


• Track and report on KPIs, lead quality, and conversion metrics.


• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.

Relationship Building & Outreach


• Engage merchants through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.


• Present the value proposition of the platform effectively to diverse retail sectors.


• Nurture relationships to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Collaboration & Insights


• Work closely with management team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and onboarding steps.


• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation strategies and processes.

MUST HAVES:


• This role is open only to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines


• At least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or lead generation, preferably in B2V2C models


• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline growth.


• Strong understanding of the Australian retail market across electronics, furniture, home appliances, fashion accessories, and lifestyle products


• Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. (Mailchimp, Sales Navigator, Apollo)


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly proactive


• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time
